British police say a small child was inside a car that collided with a Range Rover driven by Prince Philip. The Duke of Edinburgh was behind the wheel of the car, near the royal Sandringham Estate, when his vehicle hit another and rolled over. Now, people are questioning whether Philip is ready to get behind the wheel again.
