A Montreal senior who was beaten by another passenger in a shared cab contracted by the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) says the driver knew the man could be violent. Hanka Fogelman told her story to CBC’s Go Public who learned drivers working for STM aren’t equipped to handle potentially aggressive passengers.
