This is the best way to learn all the best booty exercises and get your workout routine down. Once you have a good workout routine, then you can gradually progress to adding more resistance to your booty workouts in the form of dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands and more. Ideally, you want to make these progressions to your booty workouts with the help of a licensed professional. Don't listen to the hype that you have to "lift heavy" from day one. "lifting heavy" is relative. Heavy for me may not be heavy for you. So, listen to your body (and your booty lol).
